Our Story
Pavement Maintenance Group was founded in 2013 by Mike Russo, who learned the paving trade working alongside his father and brother Jeff. Together, they built a reputation for doing things the right way: Quality materials, experienced crews, and no cutting corners.
When his father retired, Mike carried that same standard forward and started Pavement Maintenance Group. Based in Malvern, PA, the company has grown from a small family operation into a full-service paving contractor trusted by homeowners, businesses, HOAs, and municipalities throughout Chester County and the greater Philadelphia region.
But some things haven't changed. PMG is still family-owned, still hands-on, and still driven by the belief that every job – whether it's a residential driveway or a 3,000-ton commercial parking lot – deserves the same level of craftsmanship and care.
